Shipping & returns

Merchandise only: apparel, prints, stickers, and smoking accessories. No cannabis, no THC products, nothing consumable. You must be 21 or older to order.

Orders ship to the United States and Canada. Most items are made to order, so allow 3 to 7 business days of production before shipment, then standard carrier transit. You'll get a Stripe receipt at purchase and tracking by email once your order ships.

Shipping costs, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay. We don't surprise you after the fact.

Arrived damaged, misprinted, or just wrong? Email hello@can-nabis.com within 30 days of delivery with your order email and a photo, and we'll replace it or refund you, your choice. We don't make you ship defective items back.

For sizing or change-of-mind returns on apparel, contact us within 30 days; unworn items in original condition qualify for a refund minus return shipping.

Works listed by independent artists may ship directly from the artist. Their listing notes any differences in shipping time or return terms; when in doubt, email us and we'll sort it out with the artist.
